1. Information I collect

I only collect the information needed to answer your requests and prepare your orders:

• What you send me through the form or by email: your name, your email address and the content of your request (occasion, date, number of guests, preferences).
• Any allergies or dietary restrictions you choose to share.
• Technical data recorded by the website host when you visit (IP address, browser type), to keep the site running and secure.

2. How your information is used

Your information is only used to:

• answer your request;
• prepare, confirm and hand over your order;
• take your allergies or dietary restrictions into account.

I never sell or rent your personal information.

3. Service providers

The contact form is handled by Formspree and the website is hosted by Vercel. If you accept, visits are measured by Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. These companies may store your information outside Québec, notably in the United States. I use them only to run the website, receive your messages and understand how the site is used.

4. Cookies

This website uses cookies needed for it to work, including the one that remembers your cookie choice.

Only with your consent, it uses audience measurement cookies: Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. They show which pages are viewed, for how long and from what type of device; Clarity also records clicks and scrolling in an anonymized way. Until you accept, none of these cookies are set.

This website uses no advertising cookies. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

5. Retention

I keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and your order, and then destroy it.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to me and I will reply within 30 days.

7. Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access and disclosure.
